The CSIR UGC NET June 2025 examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). As India’s national-level exam authority, NTA is responsible for organizing the Joint CSIR‑UGC NET in Computer‑Based Test (CBT) mode, replacing the earlier CBSE role since December 2018.
