• Visit the UPSC Official Portal
  Log in to upsconline.gov.in or upsc.gov.in. You’ll find a specific link for “DAF‑II” under the IES/ISS examination section once the window opens

• Login Credentials
  Use your Registration ID/Roll Number (from the Written Exam phase) and Date of Birth to access the form. Only candidates who have cleared the Written Exam will see the DAF‑II link

• Complete the Form Sections
  The DAF‑II contains various sections such as:
  • Personal Details (mother tongue, birth place, contact info)
  • Education (Class 10 onward, degrees, distinctions)
  • Employment (if applicable)
  • Hobbies and interests
  • Service and cadre preferences
  • Additional details like marital status, language proficiency

• Upload Required Documents
  Scan and upload your photograph, signature, date of birth certificate, educational marksheets, category/PwBD certificate if applicable. Ensure they follow the size and format specifications outlined on the UPSC portal

• Review and Submit
  Double‑check every detail—especially names, dates, degree timeline, and service/cadre choices. Spelling mistakes or inconsistencies can lead the interview panel to question you during the Personality Test. Once submitted, print a copy of your filled DAF and annexures for interview reference upsc.gov.in
