• Tier I: Written/Online Exam :

  • Format: 100 MCQs, 2-hour duration.

  • 25% from General Mental Ability.

  • 75% from essential qualification subjects (technical/disciplinary knowledge)

• Negative marking: –0.25 marks for incorrect answers.

• Cut-off marks (out of 100): UR – 35; OBC – 34; SC/ST – 33; EWS – 35 (Ex‑servicemen categorized separately).

• Shortlisting: Typically, candidates up to 5 times the number of vacancies move to the next round. Shortlisting is based on normalized scores.

• Tier II: Skill Test :
