- Go to careers.bhel.in
- Register for a New Account
- Click the “Apply Online” link for Artisan Grade IV posts
- Provide your name, DOB, Aadhaar, email & mobile number
- Create a password, review, and submit to generate your login credentials
- Log In & Complete the Application
- Log in using your credentials
- Fill personal details, educational qualifications (Class 10, NTC/ITI + NAC), trade, category, and work location preferences
- Upload Documents
- Prepare scanned copies in the specified formats (usually JPEG/PDF):
- Class 10th certificate, ITI & NAC certificates
- Category certificate (if applicable), PWD/Ex-Serviceman certificate (if applicable)
